Sanam Saeedi is a Neurological Movement & Fatigue Coach, ACSM Medical Fitness Specialist, and Certified Health & Life Coach. She supports people living with Multiple Sclerosis and neurological conditions who experience fatigue, walking difficulty, balance changes, heavy legs, movement hesitation, and loss of confidence in daily activities.
After being diagnosed with MS in 2019 and experiencing her own mobility challenges, Sanam became deeply passionate about helping others feel more supported, understood, and capable in their bodies. Her approach combines movement awareness, fatigue management, symptom tracking, pacing strategies, and practical self-management tools to help individuals better understand how their body responds from day to day.
Sanam’s work focuses on helping people build confidence through safe, supportive, and realistic movement while also recognizing the role of fatigue, recovery, stress, sleep, and daily habits. She believes that progress is not only about exercise performance, but also about helping people stay consistent, protect their energy, and feel more in control of their daily function.
